Commission TOS

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

Policies

Commissions are for personal use only: pfps, wallpapers, icons, etc. Do not use for commercial purposes or sell my artwork, do not redraw/trace/add on to my art with the intent of reposting/resharing and benefiting via following or profit.You may post the commission to your own social media as long as I am credited. If you use my artwork as a public icon (such as public pfps and headers), credit me. Do not make or sell NFTs of my art. I do not consent to my art being used for AI purposes under any circumstances.Upon ordering, I will give you my best estimate for how long the commission will take depending on what is requested. I can usually guarantee between 1-2 weeks, possibly more for bigger pieces, but please be mindful I am a full-time college student and a part-time worker. I will do my best to stay in touch with you with progress updates along the way.I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.I have the right to charge accordingly/upcharge based on how much effort I deem your request to take.I have the right to post commissions unless you specify you would like to keep it private.

Contact

I will contact you through instagram (@kaiedre_paint) or email ([email protected]). I cannot guarantee I will see your messages if sent through any other platform.I will send lower-resolution, watermarked progress update images to check in with you. All final commissions will be delivered through email for high resolution.Please contact me through Instagram or email to confirm your order with me and to share any necessary details such as reference images (such as character images, poses, clothes), and information about the name of a character and/or the show/series/franchise they are from.

Payment

All payments are through Ko-Fi (which takes PayPal). All prices as well as examples of my work are listed on Ko-Fi under "Commission Me." Alongside the Ko-Fi order, I will ask you to also fill out a Google Form with more details about your request including details and background information.

Will Not Draw

I am open to discussing exceptions and limitations, but ultimately, I reserve the right to reject any commission under any circumstance.I will not draw the following:
- Extreme Gore (light or implied is okay)
- Heavy NSFW/explicit scenes (light or implied is okay)
- Any NSFW scenes with underage characters/people under any circumstances
